Templafy's AI Assistant allows users to submit feedback and prompt ideas to admins by default. This tool is useful for ensuring that the available prompt templates meet the needs of your users. This article guides admins through viewing and managing feedback, along with how to disable or enable the option for end users to submit AI Assistant prompt ideas.

AI Assistant Feedback tab
The AI Assistant Feedback tab allows admins to view prompt template ideas submitted by users.
- In the Admin Center, navigate to the AI Assistant section.
- Click on the Feedback tab.
- In the table view of the Feedback tab, you can see the following information:
- Title of the request, and further explanation of the feedback.
- Name of the user who submitted the request.
- How long ago the request was submitted.
- Status of the request:
- New.
- Not Archived.
- Archived.
- Clicking on a row in the table shows full details of the request and allows admins to save notes on the request.
- To remove a request from the list, click on the row and click on the Archive button. You may reference these later by toggling the option Show archived ideas.
- To delete a request, click on the row and open the three dots menu. Click Delete. These ideas will be permanently deleted.
How to disable or enable AI Assistant feedback
By default, AI Assistant feedback is enabled. This means that all end-users may submit ideas for AI Assistant prompt templates that may be helpful to their work. If you'd like to disable this, you can follow these steps:
- In the Admin Center, navigate to the AI Assistant section.
- Click on the More options menu at the top right of the screen.
- Click Settings.
- Under Feedback, uncheck the option Allow users to propose new prompt ideas.
