This article explains how to set up User Group filters within Email Signatures, Content Library, and Spaces.

User Group Filtering in Email Signatures
Once a User Group has been created, it can be used to target individuals for specific email signature components.
- In the Admin Center, click on the Email signatures section.
- Within a signature part, select a specific item.
- Select Target users and Edit next to Target by User Group and Users.
- Add the selected User Group.
User Group Filtering in Content Library
Once a User Group has been created, it can be used to target individuals for specific Library assets (within folders).
- In the Admin Center, click on the Libraries section.
- Within an asset library, click on a folder.
- Select Settings and Edit next to Restrict access (Security).
- Add the selected User Group.
User Group Filtering in Spaces
Once a User Group has been created, it can be used to target individuals for Space membership.
- In the Admin Center, click on the Spaces section.
- Select a specific Space and click Edit next to Members.
- Add the selected User Group.
NoteUser Groups cannot be used to filter Space owners, only Space members. |
