Billing

This article explains the Billing tab accessible from the Account section in the Admin Center.

In the Billing tab, you can view plan and subscription details and update the billing information used for invoicing and billing communications.

Access Billing

1. Go to [tenant].templafy.com.
2. Access the Admin Center.
3. Click the Account section, then select the Billing tab.

Plan and subscription

The plan card shows the current plan. For Team tenants, it can also show seats, price, next billing date, payment method, and a Manage subscription link to update subscription or payment details.

For plans managed by Templafy, contact your Templafy account manager to make changes.

Billing information

Use the Billing information card to update invoicing details for the account, including business information, billing email and phone, tax ID or VAT number, billing address, and whether a purchase order is required.
