How to edit template settings and properties

This article explains how to edit template settings and properties in Template Designer.

How to edit settings and properties

When building a template, editing a setting or a property that was previously added might be required. To edit a setting or property, follow the steps below.

1. In Template Designer, open the Advanced tab.
2. Click Edit in the ellipsis menu of the setting or property you want to delete.
3. Make the desired changes.
4. Click Save:
   
   
   

   Important The Type cannot be edited. The setting or property must be deleted and recreated in the response form if this edit is required.
