This article will explain the different tools available to monitor activities on a tenant, and the status of Templafy.
Prerequisites
|
User management activity log
The User management activity log gives an overview of all changes to users, such as invitation of new users and partners, changes to access privileges including removal, and all non-SSO sign-ins. (SSO sign-ins will be logged by your Identity Provider (IdP)).
The User management activity log can be downloaded as a .csv.
NoteAll time stamps in the User management log are in the UTC time zone. |
Space members activity log
The Space members activity log gives an overview of access assignments/changes/revocations for both individual users and groups, in relation to the space you’re looking at. Please note that the Space log is per space, not a combined log for all spaces.
The Space members activity log can be downloaded as a .csv for each space.
NoteAll time stamps in the Space members activity log are in the UTC time zone. |
Library admin activity log
The Library admin activity log library admin activity log gives an overview of all admin activity in the library, such as upload of templates or assets, renaming, editing (including tags and descripts), and deletion, as well as changes to folders.
The Library admin activity log can be viewed in the Templafy web UI.
NoteAll time stamps in the Library admin activity log are in the users' local time zone. |
Email signature activity log
The Email signature admin activity log gives an overview of all admin changes to email signatures from the admin center, such as creating, activating, deactivating or deleting a signature, changing its configuration (e.g. target audience), editing (will only show that HTML was edited, NOT what was changed), and other changes to settings and content.
The Email signature activity log can be viewed in the Templafy web UI.
NoteAll time stamps in the Email signature admin activity log are in the UTC time zone. |
Templafy status page
The Templafy status page can be used to see the status of Templafy Hive, as well as the individual sub-components it consists of. Downtime for some/all instances of a sub-component will be documented here, and incidents will be accompanied by a Post Mortem, after the investigation into the root cause has been completed. Basic metrics (average response time) are also available on the status page.
Please note that partial outages are weighted 30% of overall downtime.
Some components may not be applicable to your scoped services. All regions' incidents will be posted on the status page. To know if your region is affected, please see the relevant post-mortem. To calculate your own uptime calculation, please reach out to your account manager or customer success manager to initiate the process.
NoteAdditional logs or records of digital evidence can be made available upon request to security@templafy.com. |
