This article explains what activities are logged in Libraries in the Admin Center and how to access them.

What activities are logged
The below activities performed in the libraries will be displayed along with the author of the activity:
- When a template or asset was uploaded.
- If a template or asset was moved into or out of a folder.
- If a template or asset was renamed.
- If a template or asset was edited (tags, description, and/or title).
- If a template or asset was replaced.
- If a template or asset was deleted.
- If a folder was created, moved, renamed, or deleted.

Where are activities visible
The activities can be seen accessed with:
- The activity log, which provides a general overview of the activities performed on the libraries level.
- The asset history, which provides an overview of the activities performed on a specific asset.
TipIn both the activity log and the asset history, you can restrict the timeframe of activities displayed by using the date picker and navigate directly to folders by clicking on the blue links: |
How to access the activity log
ImportantThe Library activity log can only be accessed in Admin Center and cannot be downloaded. |
To access the activity log, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Libraries section of the Admin Center.
- Click on the More options ellipsis menu in the top right corner.
- Click on Activity log:
How to access the asset history
To access the asset history, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Libraries section of the Admin Center.
- Navigate to the desired asset.
- Select the asset and open the History tab in the side pane:
