Overview
The Templafy User Profile is used to store office, company, contact, or custom information about Templafy end-users. Information about end-users from the User Profile can be used in the creation of dynamic templates/documents, in e-mail signatures (both generation and filtering), and filtering folders in the Templafy Library.
Sections of the User Profile
- The User Profile header is the abbreviated information/summary that a user will see when they create their User Profile in Templafy.
- The User Profile body contains the majority of the information about the end-user. User Profiles can be filled in manually or pre-populated via AD Claims.
- Users can also create multiple User Profiles, which is useful for employees with different job titles or that operate in different office locations. This can also be used by Executive Assistants needing to create a document or send an email on behalf of their manager.
