Incompatible slide errors
This error indicates that the slide contains an embedded PowerPoint object that Document Agent does not support.
- Embedded files
- Unsupported chart types
- 3D models
- PowerPoint Zoom
- Microsoft Forms
Solution: Remove the unsupported object from the slide.
This error indicates that the slide contains a SmartArt object. Document Agent cannot edit SmartArt.
Solution: Replace the SmartArt with standard PowerPoint shapes and text boxes.
This error indicates that the slide does not contain any editable PowerPoint objects. This commonly occurs when all visible content comes from the Slide Master and the slide itself contains no editable shapes.
Solution: Add at least one editable PowerPoint object to the slide, such as:
- A text box
- A shape
- An image placeholder
Once the slide contains editable objects, Document Agent can use it.
For any unsupported shape type, the recommended solution is to download the affected slide, replace the unsupported shape with a supported one in PowerPoint, and re-upload the slide.
