Signing in with an email verification code

Use this article when Templafy asks you to sign in with an email verification code.

Sign in with an email verification code

After you enter your email address, Templafy may send a 6-digit verification code to that address. This happens when your organization's Email authentication method allows sign-in with an email verification code.

1. Enter your email address on the Templafy sign-in page and continue.
2. Open the email from Templafy and copy the 6-digit verification code.
3. Enter the code on the Check your inbox page.
4. When the code is accepted, Templafy signs you in and redirects you to the page you were opening.

Resend a code or use a password

The verification code expires after 15 minutes. If the code is incorrect or has expired, enter it again or request a new one.

• Select Resend code to request another code. If the button shows a countdown, wait until the countdown finishes before requesting again.
• Select Use password instead if the link is shown and you want to sign in with your password.

Troubleshooting

• If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
• If you requested more than one code, use the code from the most recent email.
• If the code has expired, request a new code and try again.
• If you still cannot sign in, contact your Templafy administrator.
