This article explains the user flow of the person accepting an email invitation to a Templafy tenant.

Prerequisites

This is an end-user guide and therefore describes the experience shown to the end-user. Admins will need to send the invitation.
Accepting an email invitation to a Templafy tenant, only allows access to the Templafy WebApp.

User flow of the person accepting the invitation

When an invite has been sent, the user receives an email containing an activation link like the one shown below:

To activate, please click Verify my email
Fill in the sign up form, like seen below:
Click Finish Signup
User gets redirected to the Templafy WebApp

Password must be at least 8 characters long and consist of at least three of the following categories: numbers, upper case, lower case and special characters.
