How Offline templates interact with Spaces and folders

This article explains how Offline templates interact with Spaces and folders.  

In Offline templates, folder filters and Space memberships are respected so that end-users only receive Offline templates if they are included in the relevant Spaces/folder filters. Offline templates are presented to the end-user in alphabetical order, with their Space/folder locations indicated below. Blank documents will always be shown at the top.

What if Offline documents are moved to another folder

Moving a template enabled for Offline from one folder to another will keep the offline availability intact. The new folder location will be reflected in the Offline view for end-users with the next Templafy Desktop update. 

What if Offline documents are moved to another Space

Moving a template enabled for Offline to another Space will reset the Offline setting to 'not available offline'. The moved template will no longer be enabled for Offline in the destination Space and will need to be re-enabled if the Offline status should be retained.
