What AI models are used for the Document Agents?
GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1-mini: 2025-04-14, and GPT-5: 2025-08-07.
Can the Document Agents read files for context in addition to the prompt?
Yes. Up to three Word (.DOCX), Excel (.XLSX), PowerPoint (.PPTX), or PDF files can be attached in the chat interface to provide context for use in the generated presentation. The maximum file size is 50 MB.
Can the Document Agents interpret images within uploaded files?
No, the agent can only read text within uploaded files.
How long is the link to the generated presentation valid?
The link to download the generated presentation is valid for 30 minutes after generation. After 30 minutes, the link will expire.
Does slide creation using the edit flow make use of the slide layouts?
Yes. The edit flow uses the same layout as the Document Agent in the create flow.
Can Document Agent create charts or tables?
No. The Document Agent cannot create charts and tables at this time, but it is on the roadmap.
Can Document Agent create presentations in multiple languages?
Yes, the output will follow the language inputted into the chat interface.
Will layout and slide previews utilize on brand fonts?
Be sure to upload custom fonts into Templafy so that slide layouts and previews use them correctly.
NoteCustomers on Prod 3 and 4 cannot use Document Agents as Azure OpenAI does not have service in these regions. Speak to your Templafy representative regarding a work around. |
