How to use Agenda

About this article

The Agenda feature from Templafy ProductivityPlus enables you to create an automated structure within your presentations. With this tool, you will be able to create two different levels of sections and add different options.

 

How to add a section or a subsection

  1. Select the slide where you would like the section to start
  2. Click on Add Section in the Agenda pane
    • If the Agenda pane isn't open yet, click the Agenda icon in the ribbon, an "untitled section" will automatically be inserted.  
  3. Write the name of the section in the Agenda pane
    • If you want this section to be a subsection, tick Subsection
  4. Click Update in the Agenda pane
 
  • Add Section button will update the current section and add a new “Untitled Section”.
  • Update button will update the current section.

How to edit a section or a subsection that I already created 

  1. Select the section you would like to edit
  2. Edit your section in the Agenda pane
  3. Click Update in the Agenda pane
  • If the Agenda Pane is not opened, right-click on the section heading, select Edit Section.

How to reorder the Agenda

Reorder the slide(s)

  1. Select the slide(s).
  2. Drag and drop the slide(s) to the desired location.
  3. Click Update in the Agenda pane to reflect the changes.

 

Reorder the section(s)/subsection(s)

  1. Select the section title of the section/subsection.
  2. Drag and drop the section to the desired location.
  3. Click Update in the Agenda pane to reflect the changes.

How to use the Agenda settings

The Agenda options

Within the Agenda, you have access to several options:

  • Table of Contents: add or remove a hyperlinked table of content at the end of the first section of the Agenda.
  • Divider Slides: add or remove divider slides at the beginning of each section of the Agenda.
  • Show Subsections: show or hide the subsections in the table of content of the Agenda.
  • Section Number: show or hide the section number in the Agenda.
  • Responsible Person: show or hide the responsible person or speaker in the Agenda.
  • Time-Slot (Adds “Start time”): show or hide the time-slot in the Agenda.
  • Duration: show or hide the duration in the Agenda.
  • Slide Number: show or hide the slide number in the Agenda.

How to apply the Agenda options

  1. Tick or untick the options in the Agenda pane.
  2. Click on Update.
  3. Navigate to the section and edit the options.
  4. Click Update in the Agenda pane to reflect the changes for each section you modify.

 

 
  • If some options are grayed out, it means that the current template you are using does not support these options.
