Agenda
Some options on my agenda are greyed out such as responsible person, slide number, etc. How can I enable those options?
If these options are greyed out in the Agenda, it means the Agenda design created for your organization is purposely not supporting these options.
Colors
Is it possible to change the colors that are showing up in the color pane for all our users?
Yes, it is possible.

Is it possible to change the format of the footnotes from a-b-c to 1-2-3?
Yes, it is possible.

Does the 'select similar shapes' tool work across multiple slides?
No, this feature only applies to the current slide.
Links
If I share a file containing an Excel link done with ProductivityPlus Link to someone that does not have ProductivityPlus, what will happen?
The recipient will be able to see the chart/table/graph you originally linked with ProductivityPlus, it will be displayed as a static image.
If I share a file containing an Excel link done with ProductivityPlus Link to someone that also has ProductivityPlus, what will happen?
The recipient will be able to see the chart/table/graph you originally linked with ProductivityPlus and will also see the call-out when selecting the item. However, the recipient will only be able to open/edit the link if they also have access to the location of the file, and if they have Write-access to the source file/folder. Keep in mind that you can always remove the links if needed.
