About ProductivityPlus Agenda
The Agenda feature from Templafy ProductivityPlus enables you to create an automated structure within your presentations. With this tool, you will be able to create two different levels of sections and add different options.
How to add a section or a subsection?
- Select the slide where you would like the section to start
- Click on "Add Section" in the Agenda Pane
- If the Agenda pane isn't open yet, click the Agenda icon in the ribbon, an "untitled section" will automatically be inserted.
- Write the name of the section in the Agenda Pane
- If you want this section to be a subsection, tick “Subsection”
- Click "Update" in the Agenda Pane

How to edit a section or a subsection that I already created?
- Select the section you would like to edit
- Edit your section in the Agenda Pane
- Click “Update” in the Agenda Pane
- If the Agenda Pane is not opened, right-click on the section heading, select “Edit Section”.
How to reorder the Agenda?
Reorder the slide(s)
- Select the slide(s) you would like to move.
- Drag and drop the slide(s) to the desired location.
- Update your Agenda to reflect your changes.
Reorder the section(s)/subsection(s)
- Select the section title of the section/subsection you would like to move.
- Drag and drop the section to the desired location.
- Update your Agenda to reflect your changes.
How to use the Agenda settings?
Within the Agenda, you have access to several options:
- Table of Contents: add a hyperlinked table of content at the end of the first section of the Agenda.
- Divider Slides: add divider slides at the beginning of each section of the Agenda.
- Show Subsections: show the subsections in the Agenda.
- Section Number: Show the section number in the Agenda.
- Responsible Person: Show the responsible person or speaker in the Agenda.
- Time-Slot (Adds “Start time”): Show the time-slot in the Agenda.
- Duration: Show the duration in the Agenda.
- Slide Number: Show the slide number in the Agenda.
How to apply the Agenda options?
- Tick the options you would like to appear in your Agenda.
- Click on “Update“.
- Edit the options and click on “Update” for each section you modify.
Note: if some options are grayed out, it means that the current template you are using does not support these options.
