About this article

In this article we will be configuring your Templafy Admin for Email Signature Server and Onboard the first set of users for testing and validation.

Activate an email signature
Set SAS URL for synchronization to the Azure BLOB storage account
Onboard users to Email Signatures with Microsoft 365

Prerequisites

A user configured in the Templafy tenant with Admin access
Email signature server for Microsoft 365 Module is enabled
At least one HTML signature configured in Templafy Administration center
The Shared Access Signature URL to the Email Signature Server BLOB storage container
