  Prerequisites

  • Admin/owner access to the Templafy tenant.
  • Email Signature Server for Microsoft 365 module enabled.
  • Shared Access Signature URL to Email Signature Server.

Activate an email signature

Activate your email signature after it's been created.

Set SAS URL for synchronization to the Azure Blob storage account

Set the SAS URL in the Templafy tenant.

Onboard users to Email Signature

Have end-users complete the email signature onboarding flow.
