How to activate an email signature part

This article will explain how you activate your email signature after it's been created.

Once you've created your email signature, it'll show up as inactive per default. To activate the email signature, you can follow below steps:

click the Activate button highlighted in the screenshot:
Note: you have a switch that can be toggled to show inactive signatures. This may need to be enabled if you can't find inactive signatures for future purpose.
Confirm your action by clicking Activate in the next pop up:
The status of the email signature changes from inactive to active and to reverse your actions, you can deactivate the signature using the same settings as explained above.
