This article will guide you on how to email invite a user to your Templafy account as well as how you see if an invite has been accepted, is pending or expired.
Please note, that inviting users this way, only gives the new user access to the Templafy WebApp. Furthermore, only Admins can invite new users.

Prerequisites
How to email invite users?
To invite a user, go to:

Users
tab in the Admin Center underAccount
- Navigate to the
Invites
tab - Click
Invite user
- Fill in the email address of the user you wish to invite and hit
Confirm

Until the newly invited user has activated the invitation, it will show on the list as pending
. Furthermore, from the Invites tab, you also have an overview of all invites, when they were invited, and by whom.
You can also view all accepted, expired, and/or pending invites if you toggle the Show accepted invites
button, like shown below:

Expired invites
Email invites expire after 24 hours of the invite being sent. When you have an expired invite, you can choose:
- Remove the invite from the list
- Copy link
- Resend
Invites and Email authentication method
It is always possible to invite users to the Templafy tenant via email, even if no authentication method for email has been configured on the tenant.
Once a user accepts the invite and no email authentication method is configured, it is possible to access the tenant by navigating to the following production environment specific server URL instead of the Templafy tenant:
