This article will explain what is possible to see and edit if you go to the Users tab in the Admin Center of a Templafy tenant.

Prerequisites
Users List
- Search for Users in the User list by searching for either: first name, last name, or e-mail
- Activity, filter the view by the last time the user authenticated int to the tenant
- Role, filter the view by the role (user, admin or owner)
- SCIM, filter the view by user that have been created and/ or updated via SCIM
- View the total number of users
- User list, download the user list as a CSV file
- User Profile data, download the user profile data as a CSV file
- Last seen is the date the last time the user triggered an authentication flow. The authentication flow can be triggered by a browser, the web or VSTO add-in the Templafy desktop application. Please note that if a Templafy refresh token is already being issued, the authentication flow with the Identity Provider is not triggered.
Downloading the user list as a CSV file
Download a complete list of the users on the tenant containing:
- UserId
- User name
- User email
- User creation date
- User last seen date
- User role (user, admin, or owner)
- User type (internal, invited, or partner)

Downloading the user profile data as a CSV file
Download a list of the primary user profiles for all users on the tenant.
- UserProfileId
- UserId
- Each user profile field will have its own column with the current value from the primary user profile of the user
- IsValid will provide an indication if the user profile of the user is considered complete or incomplete

: all required form fields contain a value

By selecting a user, the side pane will show you more specific information about the user:

User Role
User Claims and Groups
For customers utilizing SSO, the claims and groups received for a specific user can be displayed in the Admin Center.
- Select the user
- In the ellipsis menu select
View claims
- Navigate between
SSO claims
andSSO groups

Assign Rights
- Select or hover over the user
- Click on
Edit access
in the side pane or from the three dots icon - Select the desired role from the drop-down menu
- In order to grant a user access to edit a Library, toggle
Access to selected spaces
and determine which spaces the user should have access to - Click
Save
Once a new Owner/Admin is assigned to a tenant, that user will receive an automated email notification of their updated access rights.

Update Level of Access
In order to change the access level of an individual:
- Select or hover over the user
- Click on
Edit access
in the side pane or from the three dots icon - Update the role of the individual
- Click
Save
Delete Users
In order to delete a user:
- Select or hover over the user
- Click on the three dots icon
- Click on
Delete
- Click on
Confirm
in the pop-up window
Bulk Delete Users
In order to bulk delete users:
- Either select individual users to delete or select the box to the left of the
Name
column to select 50 users - Click the
Delete
button - Click the
Confirm
button
