User Claims and Groups
For customers using SSO, the claims and groups received for a specific user can be displayed in the Admin Center.
Select the user.
In the ellipsis menu select View Claims.
Navigate between Claims and External Groups.
Note
Tenant owners and admins can view claims and groups.
Claims are synced from Active Directory upon user logging in to Templafy.
Claims are updated upon renewal of the Refresh Token, which is valid based on the session duration of the tenant.
If SCIM is in place, the creation and subsequent updates to claims will happen once the IdP sends the update.

Once a new admin/owner is assigned to a tenant, that user will receive an automated email notification of their updated access rights.

Only tenant owners can assign rights.
Assigning access rights will take up to 5 minutes to be reflected.
