This article will explain what is possible to see and edit if you go to the Users tab in the Admin Center of a Templafy tenant.

Users list
- Search for Users in the User list by searching for either: first name, last name, or e-mail (highlighted in red)
- View the total number of users (highlighted in yellow)
- Download the user list as a CSV file (highlighted in green)
User information
By selecting a user, the side pane will show you more specific information about the user:

User Role
User claims and groups
For customers utilizing SSO, the claims and groups received for a specific user can be displayed in the Admin Center.
- Select the user
- In the ellipsis menu select
View claims
- Navigate between
SSO claims
andSSO groups

Assign rights
In order to assign access rights to a user:
- Select the user
- Click on
Assign Access
in the side pane - Select the desired role from the drop-down menu
- Click on
Assign
in the pop-up window
OR
- Hover over the user
- Click on the three dots in the side pane and select
Assign Access
- Select the desired role from the drop-down menu
- Click on
Assign
in the pop-up window

Revoke access
In order to revoke access to a user:
- Click on the more action button (ellipsis menu)
- Click

- Select the User and revoke access from the dropdown shown in the right side pane

In order to delete a user:
- Select the user
- Click on the ellipsis menu
