Size section

This article explains how to use the Size section of the Productivity tools. 

Resize your shapes (multi-click)

  1. Select one or more shapes.
  2. Click on same width, same height, or same size button.

Multi-click logic:

  • 1st click: resize the selected shapes according to the first selected object.
  • 2nd click: resize the selected shapes according to the workspace.
  • 3rd click: resize the selected shapes according to the slide.
  • Further clicks will cycle through these steps.

  Note

  • If only one object is selected, the multi-click alignment logic will cycle through workspace, slide, and original positions.
  • If there is no workspace defined, it will look for the largest content placeholder of the current slide’s layout.

Stretch your shapes (multi-click)

StretchLeft.svg StretchRight.svg StretchTop.svg StretchBottom.svg

  1. Select one or more shapes
  2. Click on stretch left, stretch right, stretch top, or stretch bottom button.

Multi-click logic:

  • 1st click: stretch the selected shapes to the first selected object.
  • 2nd click: stretch the selected shapes to the workspace.
  • 3rd click: stretch the selected shapes to the slide.
  • Further clicks will cycle through these steps.

  Note

If only one object is selected the multi-click alignment logic will cycle through workspace, slide, and original positions.
