Text elements Library

This article explains what the Text elements Library is and how it works for an end-user.

The Text elements Library works in Microsoft Word and allows you to easily insert text elements, made available by your Templafy administrator(s), in your active document.

  Note

  • The Text elements Library is available through the VSTO add-in (PC) and the Web add-in (Mac & Office Online).
  • The Text elements can also be downloaded through the Web App.

How does it work

In Word:

  1. Place your cursor where you would like the text element to be inserted.
  2. Open the Templafy Library.
  3. Go in the Text elements tab.
  4. Click on the text element you would like to insert.
  5. The selected text element is inserted in your active document.
