PDFs Library

This article explains what the PDFs Library is and how it works for an end-user. 

The PDFs Library works in Microsoft Outlook and will enable you to easily attach PDFs, made available by your Templafy administrator(s), to your active email.

  Note

The PDFs can also be downloaded through the Web App.

How does it work

In Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook:
    • Create a new email.
    • Or reply to/forward an email in the pop-out window.
    • Create a new appointment (only when VSTO Add-in is installed).
  2. Open the Templafy Library located in the message/appointment tab.
  3. Go in the PDFs tab.
  4. Click on the PDF you would like to attach.
  5. The selected PDF is attached to your current email.
