In the article, we will explain what the Presentations Library is and how it works for an end-user. 

What is the Presentation Library? 

The Presentations Library works in PowerPoint and allows you to easily open your company templates and create new presentations, made available by your Templafy administrator(s).  

How does it work? 

In PowerPoint

1. Click on Find template button in the ribbon or Library pane
   
   
   
   
2. Select the presentation you would like to open using the presentation creation flow
3. Optionally, change the user profile with which the presentation should be created
4. Select the desired option (open in PowerPoint, save, or share)
