What is the PDFs Library?
The PDFs Library works in Microsoft Outlook and will enable you to easily attach PDFs, made available by your Templafy administrator(s), to your active email.
How does it work?
- Open Outlook
- Create a new email
- Or reply to/forward an email in the pop-out window
- Create a new appointment
- Open the Templafy Library located in the message/appointment tab
- Go in the PDFs tab
- Click on the PDF you would like to attach
- The selected PDF is attached to your current email
