'This folder is empty' in the Library

This article explains the reason why, sometimes, the Library does not show any content and displays 'This folder is empty'. 

There are two reasons why the Library might display this message: 

1. The folder you are accessing is filtered and you do not have access to this content
   Your Library administrator may have created different folders that are only relevant to specific groups.
2. In the Slide Library in PowerPoint, there are no slides in this folder that are matching the aspect ratio of your active presentation
   Example1: you are working in a 4:3 presentation, but all the Slides in this folder are set up in 16:9 format.
   Example2: you are working in a custom sized presentation, but all the Slides in this folder are set up in a standard format or visa versa.
   Templafy Slide Library will only display the slides that are relevant for the active presentation format to ensure correct insertion.
