How to reprocess assets/templates in the libraries

This article explains how to reprocess assets/templates (files) in the different libraries. 

What you can reprocess

It is possible to reprocess templates and assets in all libraries, except Links:

Why reprocess a file

You might want to reprocess an template or asset if:

• • It failed processing in the first place, because of an error in the backend. This could for example be a bug in our system. When the bug is fixed, you would reprocess the file.
  • The previews are not generating for Presentations or Slides. Reprocessing can fix this issue.

How to reprocess a file

To reprocess a file in a library: 

1. Navigate to the desired library (Documents, Presentations, Spreadsheets, Text elements, Images, etcetera). 
2. Click the asset or template you would like to reprocess.
3. Click the ellipsis menu (3 dots).
