Asset Contact

In the asset management interface, owners/admins can set contacts on assets for streamlined delegation of administration.

  Prerequisites

Within the Libraries section of the Admin Center, the asset management interface shows a breakdown of assets of a particular type.

One or more Asset contacts can be set on individual assets, or in bulk. Asset contacts can then be filtered for a more detailed view of the content that specific users maintain.

One-by-one Bulk

Asset contacts are notified via email on assignment and 14 days before the expiration of an asset.

Asset contacts are also notified via email if there is feedback to review.

  Note

Feedback email notifications are collected for the last 7 days and sent every Tuesday at 9:00am UTC (if applicable).

To make updates to content, an asset contact must be a space owner. Once an asset contact is assigned, an admin has the ability to make the contact a space owner if they aren't already.

If an asset contact is not a space owner, they will still have the ability to view the asset (but not edit) via the email notification mentioned above.
