This article explains how to review feedback provided by end users on template and asset libraries.

Overview
All end users can submit feedback on templates and assets directly within the Templafy task pane or composer. Once the feedback is submitted, it is available for review in the Admin Center.
- Every asset in the Libraries section has a Feedback tab that collects reviews from end users.
NoteThe feedback feature cannot be disabled. |
How will I know if there is feedback to review?
Email notifications will be sent each week:
- If an asset contact is defined, email notifications will be sent to them.
- If an asset contact is not defined, email notifications will be sent to space owners of the space where the asset resides.
NoteFeedback email notifications are collected for the last 7 days and sent every Tuesday at 9:00am UTC (if applicable). |
How do I review feedback?
Within the Libraries section of the Admin Center, clicking on an asset will show a Feedback tab where comments from end users will be available. Assets can be filtered based on their Feedback status: Open, Resolved, or Rejected.
Asset contacts / tenant owners can Comment on the feedback for other reviewers to see. They can also Resolve or Reject the feedback and provide a note to the end user that submitted it.
NoteEnd users will be notified via email when the status of their feedback is changed, or if an asset they provided feedback on is deleted. |
Feedback History
The Feedback tab on an asset shows all feedback collected, including timestamps for all feedback, comments, and status changes.
