How to edit the design of the Harvey balls from the tools pane

This article explains how to edit the design of the Harvey balls available in the tools pane with ProductivityPlus.

Tenant admin/owner access or Space owner access is needed to upload the updated templates

Open the template/presentation where the change of design is required
Open the Slide Master view
Go in the Slide Master (very first slide in the Slide Master view)
Download the presentation attached to this article (containing the Harvey balls using the right GUID). Please download the one relevant for your version of ProductivityPlus.
Copy and paste the four Harvey balls into the Slide Master of the template/presentation where the change of design is required
Change the color fill, color outline, and outline style/thickness using the selection pane
Verify that you successfully changed all states of the dynamic shapes by toggling through all the states of the PowerShapes
Hide the three PowerShapes by clicking on the eye icon in the selection pane
Close the Slide Master view
Test your changes
Save the presentation

Only the colors and the outline can be changed and this will need to be done on a presentation level.
For ProductivityPlus versions 5.0.616 or lower, please use Harvey Balls in attached file named Templafy_SlideProof_Defaults_Harveys_v5.0.616_Or _Lower.pptx.
For ProductivityPlus versions 5.0.633 or higher, please use Harvey Balls in the attached file named Templafy_SlideProof_Defaults_Harveys_v5.0.633_Or _Higher.pptx.
