How to download assets and folders from Libraries

This article explains how to download assets (files) and folders in the different libraries.

Hover over the desired asset, click on the three dots and select one of the options below:

Download includes only the asset or content.
Download with metadata (.zip) includes asset or content as well as metadata (Type, Name, Description, Tags and Asset ID) associated with the asset or content.

Previous versions of templates and assets can be downloaded from the activity log and the asset history by clicking the Download previous version button.

Note: if you click the button marked red, the version marked green will be downloaded.
Deleted templates and assets can be downloaded from the activity log by clicking More options -> Activity log and then clicking the Download deleted version button.

Hover over the desired folder, click on the three dots and click Download:

Downloading an individual folder will generate a .zip file containing the folder and its content.

Select the desired assets/folders and click Download in the side pane:

Downloading multiple files will generate a .zip file containing your assets/folders.
