How to download assets and folders from Libraries

This article explains how to download assets (files) and folders in the different libraries.

  Prerequisites

Download individual asset

Select the desired asset, click on Download in the side pane:

From the ellipsis menu in the side pane you can select Download with metadata (.zip). The download then includes the file as well as metadata (Type, Name, Description, Tags and Asset ID) associated with the asset:

  Tip

  • Previous versions of templates and assets can be downloaded from the activity log and the asset history by clicking the Download previous version button:

  • Deleted templates and assets can be downloaded from the activity log by clicking More options > Activity log and then clicking the Download deleted version button:

Download individual folder

Hover over the desired folder, click on the ellipsis menu and click Download:

Downloading an individual folder will generate a .zip file containing the folder and its content.

Download multiple assets or folders

Select the desired assets or folders and click Download in the side pane:

Downloading multiple assets or folders will generate a .zip file containing your files or files and folders.
