How to search in Libraries in the Admin Center

This article explains how the search function works in Admin Center of a Templafy tenant.

  Prerequisites

Templafy searches for the following: 

  • The name of the file.
  • The description of the file.
  • The tags of the file.

  Note

The slide content and speaker notes of PowerPoint files will also become keywords for the search in Presentations, Slides, and Slide elements Libraries (for templates and assets that were uploaded after May 13th, 2021).

The steps are:

  1. Navigate to the desired library or folder.
  2. Type your keyword in the search bar.
  3. Templafy Library will instantly display search results that match your query.

  Important

  • Templafy search works within a specific library or folder. It is not possible to search across libraries. 

  • When starting your search in a specific folder, Templafy will only search within this folder. To expand the search to the whole Library template or asset type, please click on 'Search in all template/asset name'.
  • Templafy leverages Azure AI Search which requires up to 5 minutes to refresh the search index. New assets, updated assets, or properties (Name, Tag, Description, etcetera) could take up to 5 minutes to become searchable.
