How to reorder, move or delete assets and folders in Libraries?

In this article, we will explain how to move or delete assets (files) and folders in the different libraries. The order that is set in the Admin Center will be reflected in the WebApp and within the Add-ins.

Prerequisites  

Library module enabled Tenant admin/owner access or Space owner access

 

How to reorder individual assets and folders within the same folder?

You can easily reorder your folders and assets within the same folder by using drag and drop.

 

How to move assets and folders? 

When moving folders and subfolders, all assets contained in these folders/subfolders will also be moved. When being Space owner of several spaces, folders can also be moved between Spaces.

 

Individual asset/folder to another folder

1. Click on the three dots and select Move
2. Navigate and select the desired location
3. Click Move

 

 

Multiple assets/folders to another folder

1. Select the desired assets/folders
2. Click on the three dots in the side pane and select Move
3. Navigate and select the desired location
4. Click Move

 

 

How to delete assets and folders?

When deleting folders and subfolders, all assets contained in these folders/subfolders will also be deleted. Deleted templates and assets can be downloaded from the activity log by clicking the Download deleted version button.

 

Individual asset/folder

1. Click on the three dots and select Delete
2. Click Delete

 

 

 

Multiple assets/folders

1. Select the desired assets/folders
2. Click on the three dots in the side pane and select Delete
3. Click Delete
