Enable or disable the automatic AI tagging for images

This article explains how to enable automatic AI tagging for the Images Library.

What is AI tagging?

This feature enables Templafy to automatically generate 'tags' to images in the Images Library via Azure Computer Vision.

Tags will only be attached to an image if Azure Computer Vision is reasonably sure the tag is correct. This means that not all pictures might get automatic tags. You have the possibility to enable or disable this feature on a tenant level.

  Important

  • All images uploaded prior to the activation of the feature must be reuploaded to benefit from AI tagging.
  • This feature only supports English.
  • The list of supported image formats can be found in Azure AI Vision article.

How to enable or disable AI tagging 

  1. Navigate to Library Configuration in Admin Center.
  2. Click on More options on the top right corner.
  3. Click on Settings:

  4. Check or uncheck AI tagging for images:
    LibraryConfigurationSettingsAItagging.png
    • Checking AI tagging for images will enable it.
    • Unchecking AI tagging for images will disable it.
  5. Click Save and close Settings.

  Important

AI tagging for images is enabled by default.
