This article explains how to use Copilot to build presentations, and specifically how to make sure Copilot uses approved images from your organization's Templafy image library.

How to use Copilot to build branded and compliant presentations
- Open PowerPoint, and select the option New Presentation to start with your Company's default blank template.
- Click on the Copilot icon above the slide.
- Select Replace with new presentation:
- Enter your prompt and describe the presentation you'd like to create.
- Hit Enter or click on the send icon.
- Copilot will generate a suggested outline for your presentation. Once you are happy with the outline, scroll to the bottom of the window.

Expand the Image settings and select Images from your organization's brand library:
Important
By default, Copilot will use images from the Microsoft 365 content library. Selecting the option to use images from your organization's brand library ensures that approved images from your organization's library in Templafy will be used to create your presentation.
- Click Generate slides.
NoteTemplafy images cannot be inserted into the presentation using Copilot chat in PowerPoint. Templafy images can only be inserted by Copilot by using the presentation creation flow outlined above. |
