Insert approved Library content with Edit Agent

Edit Agent can search the Templafy Library and insert approved slides, slide elements, and images into your presentation in PowerPoint.

How to insert Library content

1. Open the presentation in PowerPoint.
2. Open Edit Agent in the Templafy task pane.
3. Ask Edit Agent to find or insert approved content.
   For example:
   • Find an approved introduction slide for our company.
   • Insert a customer journey image on this slide.
   • Add an approved agenda slide.
   • Find a slide element for a callout box.
4. Review any suggestions shown by Edit Agent.
5. Select the content you want to use.
6. Review the inserted content in PowerPoint.
