This article explains how to manage signatures in the Admin Center of your Templafy tenant.

How to Edit Email Signature Parts
- Select the signature part that needs to be edited.
- To adjust the content or design of the signature, click Edit template or Edit HTML.
- To adjust other configurations, navigate to the relevant tab:
- Details: will allow you to edit the name of the signature part as well as its configuration.
- Target users: will allow you to edit the users that should be targeted for this signature part (by specific user, user group, or user profile field).
- Domains: will allow you to edit which email domains should benefit from the signature part.
- Make the desired changes.
- Click Save.
Details tab
- Signature name: change the name of the email signature part.
- Email type: choose whether this email signature part should apply to all messages, new messages only, or reply and forward messages only.
- Recipients: choose whether this email signature part should apply to all recipients, external recipients only, or internal recipients only.
- Valid from/to: set a specific time frame, that this email signature part is valid from and to.

Target users tab
Edit the users that should be targeted for this signature part (by specific users, user groups, or user profile fields).
NoteIf nothing is set in the Target users tab, the email signature part will target everyone. |
Target by User groups and Users
Edit the user groups and users that should be targeted for the email signature part by clicking Edit, making the changes, and clicking Save.
Target by User Profile
Edit the User Profile fields that should be used to target which users should get the email signature part by clicking Edit, making the changes, and clicking Save.
NoteUsing more than one criteria will utilize an 'and' parameter, meaning all criteria and related conditions must be met. |
Domains tab
Edit which email domains should benefit from the signature part by clicking Edit, making the changes, and clicking Save.
