The Monitor tab of the Email signatures section of the Admin center provides an overview of email signature generation across all users on the tenant, and the main actions that can be performed to increase the overall adoption.
Prerequisites

Admin/owner access to the Templafy tenant.
- At least one of the Email Signature module enabled.

The Monitor tab supports tenant admins/owners understand how well signatures are being generated for end-users.

Donut charts show how many users have up to date signatures, and reasons why they may be without them.

Download generation data provides insights into why end-users are without or have outdated signatures.

Generation trend shows how email signatures have been generated over time.
Note
- Email signauture generation is different than deployment. The Monitor tab cannot provide insights into if/how signatures are distributed to end-users.
- The data includes all users assigned to a signature module (Email Signature VSTO Add-in, Email Signature Web Add-in, Email Signature Server for Microsoft 365, or Email Signature for Google Workspace), this may include:
- Users that might not have the add-in deployed due to staged rollout, phased onboarding, or IT admin decision
- Not natural users like meeting rooms, parking spots, etc. (usually when SCIM is in place)
