How to manage email signature parts

This article will explain how to duplicate and/or delete email signatures:

Pre-requisites

 
  • Templafy Hive
  • Admin rights
  • At least one of the Email Signature modules enabled

 

Duplicating an email signature

  1. Select the email signature you wish to duplicate
  2. Click Duplicate

  3. The duplicated email signature shows up in the list of email signatures with status Inactive
  4. If you wish to edit the name etc. you can configure this in the overview:

Deleting an email signature

 
  • Only inactive email signatures can be deleted
  1. Select the inactive email signature you wish to delete
  2. Click Delete and confirm your action in the next step
