How to manage domains of the email signature parts

This article explains how to add and delete Email Domains for which to generate email signatures. 

  Prerequisites

  • Admin/owner access to the Templafy tenant.
  • At least one of the Email Signature modules enabled.

How to add/delete email domains

  1. Navigate to Email signatures section of the Admin Center.
  2. Click on the More options ellipsis menu in the top right corner.
  3. Click on Settings.
  4. Under Insert email domains, type in a valid domain.
  5. Click on the x next to an email domain to remove it from the list.
  6. Click Save.

  Note

Domains must be in one of the following formats:

  • 'mydomain'
  • 'my-domain'
  • 'mydomain.com'
  • 'my-domain.com'
  • 'my2nddomain'
  • 'my2nddomain.aa'
  • '1-domain'
  • 'domain-1'
  • 'a.my-domain.com'
