Email Signature Settings

In the Email signatures section of the Admin Center, admins/owenrs can access a variety of settings applicable to email signatures. 

  Prerequisites

  • Admin/owner access to the Templafy tenant.
  • At least one of the Email Signature modules enabled.

How to access the settings

  1. Go to the Admin Center of your Templafy tenant.
  2. Navigate to the Email signatures section.
  3. Click on the More options ellipsis menu in the top right corner.
  4. Click on Settings.

Available Settings

Settings are divided into three different tabs: General, Modules, and Synchronization. 

General

  • Email Domains: define the list of email domains for which to generate email signatures.
  • Internal Recipient Domains: define the list of email domains that are considered internal email domains.
  • Time zone: Set the time zone that should be applied to the validity period of email signature parts.
  • Notifications: send an email notification to users when their profile requires an update.

Modules

  Note

Sections displayed in the modules tab reflect the modules enabled on the tenant.

  • Email Signature VSTO Add-in
    • Enable users to select their preferred user profile to insert email signatures on Outlook for Windows using Email Signature VSTO add-in 8.3.0 or above (disabled by default).
    • Default Microsoft Information Protection: provide the least sensitive AIP label to prevent the MIP picker from triggering for Outlook users.

Synchronization

  • Get the latest synchronization events or synchronize manually to refresh email signatures for all users.
