This article explains the Email Signature section of the Admin Center.
Prerequisites

The Email signatures section is for centrally managing the creation, editing, and distribution of all email signatures for an organization.
Manage tab
The Manage tab allows a Tenant admin/owner to govern every aspect of what composes an email signature: Tag Lines, Signatures, Campaigns, and Disclaimers.
Preview tab
The Preview tab allows a Tenant admin/owner to view all of the active signatures for a given user.
Monitor tab
The Monitor tab allows a Tenant admin/owner access to an overview of the email signature generation across all users on the tenant and the main actions that can be performed to increase the overall adoption.
